(Okay, to be perfectly honest, it isn’t the original CCR; it’s Credence Clearwater Revisited, a band formed by a couple of the original members back in the ‘90s. But it’s just as worth seeing! It’s not like it’s a tribute band or anything; you’ve got real original members in there.)
This concert would be a perfect one to bring kids to. My own daughter, who loves “Rolling on a River” and “Bad Moon Rising,” would adore such a gig. They’ll be at Hard Rock Live in Miami on May 11 at 8:00, which means that it will probably be past bedtime AND on a school night, but really, how often do you get a chance to hear such a fantastic band and share it with your children? This is one event I’d completely let my five-year-old stay up for (at least for a little while) and even sleep in on the next day if she liked.
Tickets for this concert range from $39 to $59 and are sure to be worth it. Of course, if you can’t make it in Miami, there are several other venues you could travel to where CCR will be playing throughout the summer. From Georgia to California, they’ll be busy touring and bringing their music across the nation. Click here to find out when, where, and how much.
